COVID19: An Important Update

A couple of weeks ago we closed our New York office and transitioned to work-from-home. Unfortunately things aren’t better in our beloved city just yet. Effective immediately we’ve made the decision to close our fulfillment center for at least the next two weeks to prioritize our team’s health and safety.

We are still available online for you to shop and take advantage of our promotions, but shipping will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks from April 2nd, until we are able to re-open our distribution.

In the meantime, 5% of every purchase you make now will be donated to Help Hospitals immediately. If you need anything or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us by emailing info@departo.co. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days at most.

Our heavy hearts are with everyone on the frontlines of this battle: from doctors and nurses, to pharmacy and grocery store clerks, to teachers handing out meals for our city’s public school students who wouldn’t eat otherwise.
